What is Sample Point Percentage?



In order to avoid reading a transient or other anomaly as a valid bit on the bus, the sample point is taken late in the bit-time generally around 75-85%, to prevent any false positives.  This sample point is generally pre-defined based on the application CANoe is being used for.
