For a quick and convenient entry into FlexRay communication, Vector offers you two different options, depending on your needs:
The FlexRay Evaluation Bundle makes it easy for you to implement a flexible FlexRay network. For this purpose the bundle contains a set of AUTOSAR 2.0 compatible basic software modules as well as the necessary configuration tool. The focus here is on the FlexRay communication and not on AUTOSAR. Thanks to additional modules that are specific to the FlexRay Evaluation Bundle, the application software can utilize the AUTOSAR 2.0 compatible communication modules without the need for other AUTOSAR modules such as RTE or COM.
The AUTOSAR Prototype Bundle FR lets you evaluate AUTOSAR and FlexRay simultaneously. You can create an AUTOSAR-conformant system design and develop the associated AUTOSAR ECUs that communicate via FlexRay. You can choose which additional AUTOSAR basic software modules should be integrated. The extension to CAN and/or LIN can be easily added.

Both FlexRay evaluation bundles are fully integrated in the proven Vector tool chain that supports you during planning, design, simulation, diagnostics and ECU tests up to finally functional analysis and optimization of your entire system. They each contain a sample application for an easy startup.
The use of the supplied configuration tool allows you to configure the FlexRay basic software modules, so that they can optimally satisfy the specific requirements of your application. The evaluation is made on the platform of your choice.
