We offer the following educational training programs at Vector to graduates of university-prep high schools, other high schools or graduates of a vocational college who have above-average final grades and an interest in business-related topics and IT issues:

• Training for IT Specialist (m/f), System Integration (IHK)

Training at Vector is structured in tandem with a trained educational counselor. Besides getting an educational plan detailing a schedule and subjects, the student also participates in internal company training and workshops on important topics. These include continuing training in various competency areas such as professional know-how, methodological competency and social skills which are important to us.

Vector promotes integration of theory and practice in its partnerships with select colleges:

• Applied sciences program in "Mechatronics" for the degree Graduate Engineer (FH) - (Scholarship)
