Situation:
Based on the communication matrix design or decisions on supplier side, more than one node has to be mapped to an ECU. Reasons for such a decision could be:
Minimize
- number of ECUs
- costs for hardware
- development time
- administrative costs
The nodes are derived from the same data base file (DBC).
This is a typical Virtual multiple ECU.
Solution:
Select all nodes you have to implement within your ECU.
